We are real estate focused but invest across industries and we look for opportunities to create value in our investee companies not only by offering financial support, but also by providing analytical, managerial and strategic expertise. Our investee companies receive capital assistance in addition to essential business guidance. We employ rigorous business evaluation methods, robust investment analysis techniques, and the creative and unconventional approach for which Strategic Group is known. While we prefer opportunities which allow for vertical or horizontal integration with existing investments, our approach is industry agnostic. Our investments and portfolio companies span numerous sectors including construction, building services, legal services, hospitality, pet care, agriculture, technology, and corporate finance. We target investments in businesses with sustainable recurring revenue models, capable and committed management teams, and the potential to become industry leaders in their respective sector. We utilize a variety of transaction structures to achieve our investment objectives and to support the businesses we partner with.
